: Not likely. Obama is pulling ahead in the polling.
At the book's author site (http://www.facebook.com/EverettEMurdockPhd) it says John F. Kennedy, Ronald Reagan, and George Bush were all behind in the polls at this point. It points out that sitting president Carter had a six-point lead over Reagan LATE in October. Obama better not get overconfident.
: : I'm reading the most amazing book about the 2012 Presidential election. It's called Obama Will Win, but Romney Will Be President - How the Republicans Will Target Electoral College Votes to Steal the 2012 Presidential Election by Everett Murdock PhD.
: : There's an add for the book on the FictionWeek main page and I clicked on it. It led me to Amazon.com where I was able to download the book to my computer for only 99 cents. I figured what the heck, 99 cents, but it turned out to be a great book! It's actually a history of ALL the presidential elections and the crazy events that were going on at that time. Lots of amazing stuff about our history that I didn't know.
: : The book's last chapter makes state by state predictions about what is going to happen in the 2012 Presidential election. I looked at his predictions for my state and some other states I know about and he seems right on. It looks like it's going to be really close in the electoral college, but Romney just might squeak out a win there even if he doesn't win the popular vote. Maybe this book will make people wake up and get rid of the ridiculous electoral college once and for all.
