I suggest we ignore him. Let's agree that we are bleeding hearts and hope somebody will pay attention to what this recession has done to the people who were already close to the edge. This thread started with a note about people dying in the streets. Remember, winter is coming, the first winter since the recession hit the hardest. People are going to need help this winter. Support the organizations that are trying to help.
: If you are defining anyone who is compassionate about their fellow man as a bleeding heart liberal, then I guess I'd rather be that instead of whatever you are.
: : Bla bla bla. More bleeding heart liberal pap. A book about them? who cares? They wouldn't be homeless if they'd go out and get a job.
: : : I just read that more than 3,000 men, women, and children died homeless on the streets of Los Angeles (my home town) in the last few years. With all the new best-selling books about the consequences of the current man-made recession, I wonder if anybody is working on a book about that?
