Here's something that somebody should write a book about. In every new movie made these days, in every close-up, the character is "required" to be smoking a cigarette (even though it is obvious that the character doesn't know how to smoke). We have been keeping track for years, and have yet to see a single movie without people smoking cigarettes. What kind of payoff are the movie makers getting from the cigarette companies?
