In case nobody is aware of it, there is a warning on every can of pepper spray: risk of death due to inability to breathe.
The Los Angeles Times has reported at least 61 deaths associated with police use of pepper spray in the last few years.
: Would police pepper spray students who are quietly and peacefully sitting on the grass to express their right to free speech and then arrest them for "resisting arrest" (a felony)? Watch and see.
