In the end, they are not to blame, we are. We elected them, didn't we? We voters were also "only looking out for ourselves and our families" so we fell for their tried-and-true tactics of creating fear and distrust. They always come up with some new boogeymen to scare us into voting for them . The latest is the oh-so-scary Muslim "terrorists" and the big bad Mexicans who want to sneak across the border and take away our jobs (even though General Motors already gave them most of our jobs by moving their auto plants just across the Mexican border).

If you don't like what your elected representatives are doing, quit electing rich men who want only money and power. Quit falling for their ridiculous corporate-paid-for propaganda like naive little children and vote for some real leaders.

: : : Wonder why protests are springing up all over the world? Read this article about how members of congress are padding their already huge (one percent) bank accounts by doing illegal insider trading based on secret information known only to our "leaders."

: : How can it be illegal? Don't they make the laws? Would they make laws against their own interests? The answer is obvious.

: Even if it is illegal, they don't care. It's illegal to sell their vote to corporate interests but they do it every day and nobody cares. The truth is they are above the law. That's just the way it is.
