Good poem. I thought I recognized the name Barry Spacks so I did a Google search and discovered he is widely published and has won many awards.
- Published eight times in The New Yorker, seven poems and a short story.
- Published Nine poetry collections.
- Literature professor, M.I.T.
- Distinguished Professor in Humanities & Fine Arts, U.C. Santa Barbara.
