The short story "My Very Own Grimms' Fairy Tale" does a remarkable job of portraying the mind of a young child, a child whose mind seems to have been shaped by listening to too many Grimms' Fairy Tales. Is it the child's mind that created the monster, or is it our minds, swayed by a willingness to immerse ourselves in the well-portrayed mind of a troubled child?
