a poem is like a dream,
isn't it? by
Haley Diderot

every poem should start with something about a dream

(like: this poem
      sort of is . . . a dream, well . . . maybe not exactly,
but . . . i think it could be:
dreamy,
i mean,

spaced out,       that is,       at least,
metaphorically speaking,
i think,
isn't it?)

because
every dream is a poem
of sorts;
(at least,
it seems that way
to me,
in       my       spaced      out
dreams

  anyhow).
