Lately, I have been experiencing pain around my knee when I run. I warm up & stretch but after 10 minutes of running my knee starts aching. I then continue to walk until I don't feel comfortable. A couple days later I am able to run again but the pain comes back. This happens when running on the road and also trails. I started running a year ago, quit a couple times but keep coming back to it. I have exercised quadriceps (squats & walking), iced knee, and tried ace bandages with no improvement. I have neutral pronation and run with a stable shoe. Does anyone have suggestions?
